Graduated 1979 from Florida International University with a Bachelors of Business Administration, majoring in accounting and finance.
Experience:
Thirty (30) years of experience in public accounting; including twenty five (25) as senior consulting partner for RT&C. Extensive experience
in accounting and auditing for Department of Transportation contractors and clients in the service industry. Two (2) years as Chief Internal Auditor for a national banking institution. Speaker at various FDOT financial management seminars.
